  1. Learn to dance –Belly dancing??
  2. Learn a foreign language -Spanish
  3. get a tattoo –Ouch!!! But maybe
  4. Publish a book –working on it
  5. Learn to play a musical instrument—Piano??
  6. Do volunteer work —-find a cause first…
  7. Get Married —-Not so much..how about LOSE WEIGHT! Let’s say 30lbs?
  8. Pay down your debt/ start a budget —-starting with my tax return
  9. Start my own business —-but where to start???
  10. Travel—on a budget here…maybe a five year plan? Or something small.

Silly/Frivolous/daring:

  1. swim naked
  2. create your own sisterhood * (out of the new book)
  3. dye my hair blue? Purple? or at least get crazy highlights
  4. own really sexy under things (I’ve always been so practical, why?)
  5. Find my own style
  6. Find my own mantra (maybe my own theme song like on Ally McBeal!)
  7. Embrace my inner nerd –Be like the turtle!!
  8. Sing in public (haven’t done this in years, I still have stage fright)
  9. sell a piece of artwork (most likely a drawing or painting)
  10. learn to drive a stick shift
  11. Watch a meteor shower
  12. start a book club (kidlit, fantasy, or mystery?)
  13. go to a psychic (I’ve always wanted to know)
  14. have one day all to myself, start to finish
  15. spend my summer reading only things I want to read
  16. Learn to play chess

FEBRUARY:

Health

  1. Eating right—or at least better.
  2. Give up soda—currently counting down from 3 a day
  3. Drink more water—the last time I had a glass………I’m still thinking……….
  4. Get more sleep—the answer to all my problems???
  5. Wear sunscreen—It’s Texas, need I say more?
  6. Wear sunglasses—read above
  7. Go to the doctor—check-up way overdue

 

Fitness

  1. 30lbs be gone!
  2.  toned and stretched—-this is where my yoga comes in
  3. Cardio—No pain, no gain right?
  4. Take a class—still working on this…something nearby and cheap is my best bet.

Meditation

  1. Learn to find my inner calm
  2. Find my own mantra—I am still torn between a saying and a song
  3. Meditate—luckily enough yoga covers many of these all at once
